What causes the Mondays?

Sleeping in Sunday mornings,
                   due to staying up late both Friday
                                       and then Saturday night.

Resulting is trouble of sleeping Sunday night   giving you            
                                                                                                a case of the Mondays.

I think we are always suppose to feel lost at some point. 

What kind of life is it living with all the answers to your questions. A boring one.
