"Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist as we grow up." by Pablo Picasso
This quote couldn't sum up my feelings on childhood any better. It seems that when we were young we felt true, untainted feelings, innocent emotions. But as we grow older we have more time we think about our emotions and trying to piece together the key as to why we get those feelings and we try to reenact them in ways that make us feel guilty because we are aware of what we are doing. Most look down on others that have experience with sex because after you have had sex that you aren't as innocent because you are experienced.
We strive for pure emotions. That is why ignorance is bliss.
It has to be that people who act off the wall, unusual, have been that way since they were little. Those are the people who have hung in there.
